ISHONI Yakiniku is launched the special new this winter

As an old Seattle, you must know ISHONI Yakiniku. Which serves up a host a high-quality wagyu, A la carte options are boasted with premium ingredients such as the Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, as well as pork, chicken, Duck, Lamb and scallops. Also rice bowl made with wagyu.

In 2021, we resurfaced in a larger address on North Broadway, Capital Hill. Serious about its new (smokeless) ceramic charcoal barbecue tables but also serve the beef combo platter on an endearingly goofy wooden platter shaped like a cow. And this winter, we are resounding launch of new addition of appetizers,sake and wines. Gourmands can look forward to savouring of ishoni signature appetizers through the innovative new dishes.

The winter special new with Fried Oysters, rich oysters into buttermilk and fried, Serve hot with the tonkatsu Sauce.

Tako Wasabi, is a popular side dish in Japanese izakaya. It is made of raw octopus (“tako”) heavily flavored with wasabi. The slimy, chewy texture of octopus goes well with the wasabi heat, and it is definitely a good match for wines.

and Cheese Katsu with Curry, our kitchen handmade the cheese katsu is a pork cutlet rolled with mozzarella cheese inside. It’s served with 3 kinds of Japanese curry made with sweet onions.
